The manga starts as equally different as Oracle of seasons does. Link is in a battle in which he is testing his brilliance as a Knight and is being very tough. He's also got a bit of an attitude on him at the start of the manga. However, he is being watched by a few evil witches who are keeping their eye on him, as he is the Legendary Hero.
Soon enough Link finds his way to Nayru, and she is kidnapped and Link is thrown into a world where he has to find her, and rescue the land before the evil can continue to spread across the entire Universe. Then after the inital differences in the start of the manga, it follow the game with a few twists along the way.
