The Shadow Prince is one of those rarities in the West, a book published by Nintendo! This books is one of those again that if you see it, you must grab it with both hands and your wallet, as there is so few chances of obtaining this book you�d be mad to let that chance pass you by! The book is mostly text more so than pictures like a lot of the books that you�ll find on the site.
The book can loosely be described as the backstory to The Adventure of Link, as it discusses the Prince that ordered the wizard to go after Zelda and capture her Triforce pieces. However, this is in no way canon, and thus should not be taken as gospel. It�s very interesting to read though, and although it can be somewhat annoying in some respects, it�s pretty novel and fun to work your way through.
